Crossdock in Dallas, Texas
Kentex Cargo has a Dallas area warehouse at 2120 Hutton Drive, Suite 300, Carrollton, Texas 75006. We work with carriers, freight brokers and businesses that need cross-docking, warehouse space or trailer restacking in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The warehouse is in Carrollton, north of Dallas. It gives trucks a place to handle freight without going far away from the main highway network.
Cross-Docking in Dallas
If freight needs to move from one truck to another, our Dallas cross dock gives you a place to do it. We can unload the inbound truck, stage the freight, sort it when needed and load the outbound truck.
Dallas Cross-Docking →Warehousing in Dallas
If the freight needs to stay longer, we also offer warehouse space. This can help with short-term storage, overflow inventory, delayed pickups or freight that is waiting for a new delivery appointment.
Dallas Warehousing →Trailer Restacking in Dallas
If pallets or boxes shift inside a trailer, we can help put the load back together. This may include unloading part of the trailer, rebuilding pallets, rewrapping freight and loading it again.
Dallas Trailer Restacking →How Trucks Can Reach the Carrollton Warehouse
I-35E is the main road for reaching our Carrollton warehouse. The final approach is through the Hutton Drive, Belt Line Road and Crosby Road area. Drivers should still use a commercial GPS for the last part of the trip because traffic, construction and truck rules can change.
- Coming from I-35E
- If you are already on I-35E, you can approach Carrollton from the north or the south. A truck coming north from Dallas or Farmers Branch can stay on I-35E toward Carrollton. A truck coming south from Lewisville or Denton can also use I-35E.
- Coming from I-635
- Trucks coming across North Dallas, Garland, Mesquite or Irving can use I-635 to reach I-35E. From there, head north toward Carrollton and use the local roads near Belt Line Road and Hutton Drive.
- Coming from I-30
- A truck coming from Fort Worth, Arlington or Grand Prairie can use I-30 toward Dallas, then connect with I-35E and head north to Carrollton. The same road can also bring freight in from the east side of Dallas.
- Coming from I-20
- If you are coming from south Dallas or traveling across Texas on I-20, you can connect to I-35E and head north toward Carrollton. This can be useful if the truck needs a cross dock before another DFW delivery.
